Christina Milian, 32, and Lil Wayne, 31, were recently spotted holding hands at the 2014 ESPY Awards at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre on Wednesday.
They sat next to and smiled at each other throughout.
Milian and Rap-A-Lot Records CEO Jas Prince began dating in 2010, post-Dream, and announced they were going their separate ways last month.
